Services

DinoStaff provides staffing solutions and virtual assistant services to businesses. The scope of services, pricing, and deliverables will be agreed upon separately through proposals, contracts, or written communication.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Client Responsibilities

By using Our services, You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Use Our services for lawful business purposes only

• Communicate requirements, expectations, and feedback clearly

• Pay agreed fees on time and in accordance with invoices or contracts

Payments and Fees

All fees will be communicated and agreed upon before services begin.

Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

Intellectual Property

All materials, work output, or deliverables created by DinoStaff or assigned staff remain the property of the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DinoStaff retains the right to use non-confidential work samples for internal records or portfolio purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinoStaff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the services in the preceding three (3) months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any notice period stated in a separate agreement.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse Our website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
